Prior to moving to Cedar Rapids in 1979, I lived in Illinois, Nebraska, Florida and Colorado.  I've moved across town and across the country and have bought and sold many homes.  I know first-hand the range of emotions and concerns involved.  It is this empathy and compassion that I bring to my clients who are making a move.
